The ASSHOLE who created "Max Headroom," a failed 1980s television show about a computer- generated talking head (some people are easily entertained),
behind the Roswell film, "Alien Autopsy, the grainy black and white footage supposedly showing a dead alien being dissected by American government scientists after a UFO crash.
