Fresh Tilapia

There was a "manager's special" on fresh tilapia fish at the market today. They were only $1.49 a pound. They're whole fish and cleaned. I will cut the heads and tails off and bake some of them in foil, with sprigs of cilantro in their cavity with lemon squeezed on them. Their scales are shiny and their eyes clear. Good deal for $8.25 for fish. There is six FAT fish in this package. At the same market, the filets for this fish were selling for $3.89 per pound. I don't mind the scales, I'll just remove the skin. Their guts are removed already.

No, Friend did NOT get any alcohol. I went to the market alone. He has dried out and made fresh Salsa, however. Some people just get nasty when they drink and I've got enough problems to worry about without someone acting like an asshole around me. There are no rewards for bad behavior. I've got to stop allowing this bad behavior to happen. I told him I didn't have enough money to afford cigarettes or beer -- just our food and left it at that (which is true). So far I haven't heard any pissing and moaning. He's watching his sports channel and has been acting civil again. It's like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with him and alcohol. He's just gonna have to bite the bullet. After a couple of weeks pass, and with good behavior, maybe I'll buy him some, but not until I see an attitude adjustment. I hate being cruel but I am given no other choice. Either he goes along with my program in my house or he can split. Simple as that. Sometimes you have to treat adults like children in order to get your point across. Fuck him anyway, I'm having fresh baked fish for dinner tonight and that is all that matters to me at the moment.
